I've been selling online for over seven years. I currently have shops on Zibbett, and two on Artfire, PinkCloudsAndAngels, and PinksPleasures.
I really wanted to have my own website, but just didn't want the hassle of the setup.
I found indiemade.com, through the forums at Artfire, and decided to look into what they have to offer.
Once I read everything and compared plans, I signed up immediately.
I've found the customer service support to be way beyond exceptional, the site is easy to use, and the features are great! They love feedback, positive and negative. They seem to be very open to suggestions and requests, too.
I think Artfire has wonderful admin and support, but I'm equally as impressed with indiemade.com.
Paypal cart is already set up, if you're a PayPal subscriber. There's a blog feature, you can add widgets to your studio, super easy listing feature, different plans for different sellers (I chose the premier plan at $19.95/month), SEO submission, Google Analytics, and lots more. You can even put active links in your listings! I love that feature!
I'm getting my website set up in time for the holiday season. There's currently no importer, but I believe they are looking into that. I was told by support that if I had a spreadsheet of my listings, they may be able to set them up for me. I wish I did because I have a lot of listings to put on.
I'm going to do 20 per day. That's the limit I set for myself.
